PARKING  |  Parking is available directly west of the salon in the 100 E. Walton garage (LAZ Garage) for which we offer discounted parking validation. There is metered street parking, when available, on Walton and surrounding streets.

PAYMENT  |  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Checks and Cash for services and product purchases.
Regrettably, we do not accept gratuities on credit cards, but gratefully accept checks and electronic payments such as Paypal or Chase QuickPay.

RETURNS  |  Do you accept returns on retail products?
Certainly. If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with a product, please return it within two weeks of your purchase, and we will give you a store credit for the amount of your original purchase…no questions asked. We want you to find the product that is right for you. If you are a regular client, we will have a record of your purchase. For retail only clients, we will need a receipt.

PREPARATION  |  Do I need to wash my hair before I come?
No. If you’re getting a haircut, perm, or color, we’ll take care of all that for you. If you’re having your hair “put up” for a special occasion, we recommend that you DO wash your hair the evening before. Your “do” will stay more securely if we’re not shampooing and blowing your hair dry on the day of your event.

ALLERGIES  |  I have allergies; can I bring my own shampoos and conditioners?
Please do. We understand that many natural based products – and even those that are hypo-allergenic – may cause an adverse reaction to those with sensitive skin. If you have a product that works for you, please feel free to bring it in.
